2. Easy Macaroni and Cheese Casserole.
This simple baked macaroni and cheese casserole is easy to make and fast to clean up as well.
You will need about 8 ounces of elbow macaroni, 2 ½ cups of shredded cheddar cheese, ½ cup of milk, 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of butter, black pepper and salt to taste.
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Boil the macaroni in salted water until thoroughly cooked. Drain the pasta and put it back to the cooking pot. Add butter and stir well till melted. Add in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, pepper and salt to taste. Whisk two eggs with the milk in a separate bowl and then add this mixture to the macaroni pot. Stir the macaroni well before transferring it to a greased casserole or baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake it uncovered for about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
