3. Low-Calorie Guava Juice
Fruit juice contains fructose, a natural form of sugar, and most fruit juice recipes call for the addition of extra table sugar to sweeten the recipe. We deiced to make a low-calorie version of guava juice that suits anyone on a diet. Drink this recipe before your workout for a fresh dose of vitamins, minerals, and carbs to power you through your workout.
INGREDIENTS
2-guavas – cut into eighths.
2-cups purified water.
½-teaspoon stevia.
A pinch of crushed Himalayan pink salt.
METHOD
Start your recipe by halving the guavas and removing the seeds. Scoop the flesh out into a bowl using a teaspoon. Add the guava to the blender, along with 2-cups of purified water, the stevia, and a pinch of salt – blend on high for 20-seconds.
Pour into a large pitcher and add 15-blocks of ice cubes to the blender – blend until crushed. Serve the juice in the pitcher with crushed ice on the side.
