3. Flatbread
For this one, you’re going to place your flour into a medium bowl – that’s 350g of wholemeal whole wheat flour. Then you’re going to stir in 255ml of warm water and knead it until it is smooth and elastic. Easy so far!
Now just place the dough onto a lightly floured surface and then roll it out thinly one piece at a time. It should be about 22cm in diameter. You can then cook in a pan for about 30 seconds on each side. How easy was that!
