2. Greek Ravioli
Ravioli may be associated with Italy, but you can add a Greek flair with olives, spinach, and feta cheese. For a fresh touch, add basil leaves, but dried basil also adds flavor. Serve this Mediterranean dish with a salad with olives, feta cheese, and red onion rings and cheese garlic toast. Just a few simple ingredients give your usual ravioli some extra flavor.
12 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
½ a pound of lean ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
Dried oregano and basil
1 cup fresh spinach
1 can sliced black olives
⅓ cup feta cheese
Cook ravioli according to the instructions on the package. Brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add spinach, olives, and ravioli. Cook for a few more minutes until the mixture is evenly heated. Top with sprinkled feta cheese.
