4. Mixing the Wet and Dry Ingredients Together
The best way to fully combine the wet and the dry ingredients together is to use an electric mixer. The dough hook attachment for your electric mixer will work the best.
Place the bowl of dry ingredients on the mixer stand and turn the speed to low. Slowly pour in the liquid ingredients. Continue to mix the ingredients together until they are well blended and form a dough. If you do a lot of baking, having a stand mixer is well worth the investment. If you currently do not own a mixer, or you do not have a dough hook, using a spatula to mix the ingredients together will work just fine.
If you are mixing the dough by hand make sure that you are ready for a bit of a work out as you are going to need to stir the mixture continuously until everything is well incorporated.
