4. Try a Desert Quesadilla
A quesadilla is less a recipe than it is a ‘type of food’. What we mean by that, is that just like a sandwich, you can make a huge variety of different quesadillas to suit every taste and every situation.
The best example of this? Making dessert quesadillas! If that sounds odd, then think of it just like a pancake! You’re simply going to take your tortillas and fill them with foods that are sweet and sugary, rather than meaty and savory. A good example would be spreading them with chocolate spread, or filling them with marshmallows. Peanut butter also works exceptionally well in here (or peanut butter AND chocolate), as does banana and ice cream.
The options are limitless, so don’t be afraid to experiment and try lots of different things.
