Of course, avocado is also another great source of healthy fats that will help to keep your energy levels high throughout the day.
For this one, you will be mixing quinoa with tuna, avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, baby spinach, and mixed seeds. You can of course also season and add flavoring with lemon, virgin oil, salt, and a little white wine vinegar.
