
2. Full-Flavor Caesar Salad Dressing
This salad has more of what you love in Caesar salad. The full-bodied flavors of the ingredients in the sauce really make the difference.
5 cloves garlic, peeled and cut 5 anchovy fillets, cut fine
2 egg yolks
5 teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Kosher Salt
Coarse ground pepper
⅓ cup olive oil
3 cups stale bread, cubed
1 heads romaine lettuce tornnull
Mix half of the garlic, anchovies, mayonnaise, half of the parmesan cheese, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and some salt and water in a bowl. Stir very well. Put the rest of the olive oil in a saucepan. Add cut stale bread and brown on both sides and drain. Take Romaine lettuce and tear it into a bowl. Add sauce, bread pieces and the rest of the parmesan cheese. Toss well.
