It’s time to get salad back in your roster!
1. Greek Fetta Salad
A Greek feta salad is a fantastic salad for one big reason – it’s a salad that’s built around cheese! And it’s no wonder that this is such a delicious option, seeing as it’s also part of the Mediterranean diet. This is a diet that’s famous for being incredibly healthy despite being so tasty. It also doesn’t have a salad leaf insight, which is something to keep in mind – not every salad needs to include leaves or other ingredients that you might typically associate with salad!
In this case, you’re going to make this salad using simple ingredients. Those are cucumber, red and yellow bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and fetta cheese. Cut the peppers into small cubes, cut the cucumber into halved slices, and then cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the cheese into similarly sized cubes – everything should be roughly the same size. Mix this all up in a salad bowl and serve. It’s that simple!
