2. Tuna Pasta Salad
The great thing about salad is that it can also be mixed with forms of carbohydrates. After all one of the most popular salads out there is the potato salad!
The same is true for the tuna pasta salad, only here you are going to be using pasta instead of potato, along with tuna as a source of protein. This is another salad that is perfectly satisfying and filling with not a leaf in sight then!
To make this one, take a tin of tuna and mix it with a small amount of pasta. You’re then going to add some salad cream, mayonnaise, and horseradish to make the dressing. The horseradish is the secret ingredient – do not miss out!
Then chop in some small bits of raw onion, along with some spring onions, and some sweetcorn. There are many other salad ingredients you can add in here too, but ultimately the result is always going to be something that is essentially a delicious Italian pasta that technically counts as a salad! Win!
