Ingredients
- white whole-wheat flour
- cake flour
- white sugar
- baking powder
- salt
- lemon zest
- minced rosemary
- large eggs
- lemon juice
- milk
- olive oil
- glaze:
- sour cream
- powdered sugar
- lemon juice
- honey
Directions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a donut baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Mix the dry ingredients, lemon zest, and seasoning in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and olive oil until well-combines.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Add the batter to the donut pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Prepare the glaze by combining all ingredients in a small bowl and mixing until it reaches a glaze consistency.
- Pour the glaze over the cooled donuts. You may also dip the donuts in the glaze.
