3. Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Wings
If you love the combination of sweet and spicy flavors, these wings will really hit the spot. They aren’t too spicy, and the sweetness from the sauce gives them a nice mellow flavor. They are sticky and gooey, but tasty too. They are great for lunch or a snack.
Ingredients
- Chicken wings
- Garlic powder
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Salt
- Baking powder
- Corn starch
- For the Sauce:
- Butter
- Pure honey
- Sirach
- Light soy sauce
- Lime juice
- Chives
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and spray it with cooking oil.
- Dry the chicken wings.
- In a bag, mix the seasonings, baking powder, and corn starch.
- Toss the wings in the mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake until crispy.
- In a pot, add the butter, honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and lime juice.
- Remove the wings from the oven and place them on a platter.
- Pour the sauce of the wings.
- Top with chives and serve.
