While it’s not the first traditional meal that people think of when they imagine lobster, a lobster burger is a great way to turn this ingredient into something entirely new and unexpected – and the burger itself is so versatile as a meal that there are a hundred things you can possibly do with it.
First, start by preparing your lobster: For burgers, crumbed with a simple mixture of bread crumbs and then fried in oil will do. Serve this on crispy bread and lettuce, and finish it off with any sauce that you prefer – for some people, this can be tartar sauce, for others, it’s as simple as a dash of mayonnaise. Up to you!
