2. Three-Ingredient Mix Cookies
If you look at the majority of cookie dough recipes out there, you’ll notice that the first thing you see is an extended list of ingredients and proportions that might look so damn terrifying to a novice baker that they give the whole thing up right there and move on (or just go and buy their cookies at the nearest store). You shouldn’t: Baking isn’t nearly as hard as people imagine it to be, and you can usually rely on the consistency of the dough instead of set-in-stone proportions.
Also, ingredients don’t have to be complicated. You can make a simple base peanut butter cookie recipe just by mixing together your peanut butter, flour, and sugar. Spread these ingredients on to a greased baking sheet or sheet of wax paper and pop in the oven for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
If you’re gluten intolerant, then just use another type of flour instead.
