3. Make some pancakes with your leftover chicken and dumplings.
Use any pancake mix of your choosing and cook according to the directions. Depending on how many people you are serving, cook at least two to three pancakes per person. After cooking the pancakes, place butter or margarine onto them. Put the pancakes into a platter and set aside for later.
Get a pan and reheat the chicken and dumplings. Add additional water and seasoning, such as salt and pepper if needed. Once the chicken and dumplings are reheated, turn the stove off. Get a plate or bowl and pour some of the chicken and dumplings into it. Take one of the pancakes and fold it in half without closing it. With a spoon, scoop out some chicken and dumplings and put it into the pancake.
If it is too messy, dump the pancake into the chicken and dumplings and enjoy it.
