4. Spicy and Sweet Instant Pot Chicken

INGREDIENTS
4-chicken breasts – cubed
1-½-tablespoons minced garlic.
½-onion – sliced.
3-tablespoons raw honey.
1-tablespoons brown sugar.
2-tablespoons cornstarch.
1-tablespoons minced ginger.
1-tablespoons Sriracha.
¼-cup soy sauce.
1-teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce.
1-tablespoon sesame seeds.
2-green onions – chopped for garnish.
METHOD
Cube the chicken breast and onion, then add to the Instant Pot. In a separate mixing bowl, add the rest of the ingredients – except for the corn starch.
Pour the mixture on top of the chicken, then seal the Instant Pot with the lid, and close the steam valve. Set to “manual” and cook on high for 5-minutes.
Release the steam and remove the lid. Stir the hot sauce with the corn starch in a separate bowl. Add the mixture to the Instant Pot and stir
into the other ingredients. Set the pot to “sauté,” and let cook for another 3-minutes. When the sauce thickens, remove the chicken, top with sauce and serve.
