1. Green Bean Casserole

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 16 ounce packages of frozen green beans
Salt and pepper
1 cup of milk
1 6 ounce can of dried french onions
De-thaw green beans by boiling in water or putting in a steamer. If you have time, put the packages on the counter for a few hours until the beans are dethawed, if not, go ahead and boil and steam them. In a bowl, put the cans of cream of mushroom soup along with some salt and pepper. Add the milk and the green beans. Put the beans and soup into a greased casserole dish and top with french onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or so until the top is crispy.
