I personally like adding more acidic ingredients that cut through the heavier parts of the dish, such as tomatoes or salsa because they are acidic elements.
You can definitely get fancier by adding sautéed peppers, onions, fresh herbs and more. More the merrier! Load them up! Bacon is a staple on a regular white baked potato, but you’d be blown away by how incredible the salty bacon cuts through the sweetness of a sweet potato. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt, pepper, and chopped chives. This loaded sweet potato is perfect for breakfast and will keep you full until lunch.
