- 4 oz of mascarpone cheese
- ¼ cup of confectioners sugar

To make:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Remove a sheet of puff pastry, unfold, and place on a lightly floured surface. Cut into 3 strips at the folds. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. In another bowl, whisk the mascarpone, confectioners sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture. Sprinkle 1/ tsp of cinnamon sugar onto the 3 layers. Spread 2 tbsp of dulce de leche on four of the layers. Spread the mascarpone over the top. You should have a bottom puff pastry, a middle one with filling, and a top one that is bare. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Top with your favorite fruit or some fresh whipped cream and enjoy.
