This isn’t the only benefit that avocado can have for your skin, and you don’t even have to eat it to get this benefit of the plant. Instead, you can even make a face-mask from some avocado and apply it directly to your skin.
When doing this, add some more skin-healthy ingredients like olive oil or other essential oils, and some lemon juice to keep the avocado from going brown with time.
