4-Red or yellow bell peppers.
2-large free-range eggs.
½-cup parmesan cheese – grated.
½-cup green onions – sliced.
½-cup fresh basil – chopped.
1-cup parsley – chopped.
1-teaspoon fennel – chopped fine.
1-tablespoon fresh rosemary, mint, and thyme – chopped
1-teaspoon crushed Himalayan pink salt.
½-teaspoon cracked black pepper.
2-tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease a baking dish with grass-fed butter and set aside. Brush the surface of the peppers with olive oil and set aside.
