INGREDIENTS
12-oz. Can Albacore tuna in water – drained.
12-oz. Egg noodles.
2-tablespoons grass-fed butter.
1-cup cheddar cheese – grated.
½-cup onion – diced.
2-cans cream of mushroom soup.
1/3-cup full-fat mayonnaise.
1/3-cup whole raw milk.
1/3-cup sour cream.
½-teaspoon crushed Himalayan pink salt.
½-teaspoon cracked black pepper.
1-cup snow peas.
1-cup crushed tortilla chips.
METHOD
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with grass-fed butter and set aside. Cook the egg noodles until about 3-minutes short of al dente. Drain and let steam dry.
Place a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter. Add the onions and sauté until golden brown. In a large mixing bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, and mushroom soup with the milk and season with salt and pepper.
Add the onions for the skillet and mix well. Add the peas, tuna, and cheese – mix well. Fold in the noodles and mix until blended. Add the mixture to the baking dish, top with crushed chips and bake in the oven for 30-minutes.
