2. Lemon Peach Cobbler
Get your oven preheated to the temperature of 360 degrees Fahrenheit then proceed to put a baking sheet under the middle rack to catch any drippage. Butter a 2-quart baking dish generously with butter and then place some peach sections in. Sprinkle the peaches with zest and lemon juice.
Get some sugar and butter together in a mixing bowl then stir until the two blends together thoroughly. After around five minutes of mixing, see if the cream has the consistency of paste. Add in some flour and oats and then mix well until they become a part of the sugar-butter paste.
Once the mix becomes crumb-like after five minutes or so of stirring, add milk in and stir for another five minutes until the crumbs become creamy and wet like a batter. Pour the batter atop the peaches and then sprinkle ¼-cup of sugar on the dish to get everything sweetened.
