4. Italian meat wrap
We love this one dish because it is delicious and very easy to eat, so it’s great for some brunch, a family dinner or a snack at a party. It keeps the traditional Italian flavors intact, with some characteristic ingredients such as Italian sauce and mozzarella cheese. Our meat of choice is ground round, which you will cook with green olives and chopped onions in a skillet.
Let that sit for a moment and, in the meantime, combine whipping cream with Italian seasoning. Add white wine, some salt, and pepper, and cook until the alcohol has evaporated. Now you are ready to put all ingredients together and add tomatoes or tomato sauce. Place the mix inside dough wraps and cook them in the oven. Five minutes before they are ready, put some mozzarella cheese on top of them with some oregano, so it melts on them.
