To get started you will need around 2 pounds of ground beef, one beaten egg, ¾ cup of dry bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, 1/8 teaspoons of cayenne pepper, 2 cloves of garlic (minced).
Now to make the burger, you’re going to start by preheating the grill. Now mix your ground beef with the egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic with your hands. Form that mixture into 8 hamburger patties, and then place them on the grill. You’ll only need to grill the patties for about 5 minutes on each side in most cases, but you can give it longer until it’s well done.
