2. Ranch pork chops
Add a little zip to traditional pork chops with some ranch flavoring. This recipe has a delightful zing that you and your family will certainly love. To make it, you will need bone-in pork loin chops, prepared ranch salad dressing, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and grated parmesan cheese. To prepare, preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a baking pan with cooking spray. Pour the ranch salad dressing in one bowl and in another bowl, combine the grated parm cheese and bread crumbs and stir until well blended. Dip the pork chops in the ranch dressing until they are well covered on all sides. Place the ranch covered pork chops in the parm cheese and bread crumb mixture and cover them with the mixture. Place the pork chops on the pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
