3. Pork lo mein
Here’s another classic Chinese food dish that you can prepare in far less time than it takes to have the food delivered. To make it, you will need linguine, rice vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, chopped sweet onion, cubed pork tenderloin, chopped red bell pepper, minced garlic, sliced white mushrooms, chopped fresh ginger, sliced red onion, sesame oil, canola oil, and sugar snap snow peas. Cook the linguine until it’s al dente, and drain.
In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, and sesame oil together. Heat the canola oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, add in the sugar snapped snow peas and onions until softened. Add the pork tenderloin, mushrooms, pepper, garlic, and ginger. Cook and mix until there’s no pinker in the pork. Pour the soy sauce mixture into the pan, mix, and cook until the sauce thickens.
