1. Stir Fried Cabbage
What you need:
½ head of green cabbage, quartered and then sliced into ribbons that are a quarter inch thick.
½ fennel bulb, sliced thinly
Canola oil or any oil that has a high smoke point
Tsp of sambal oelek
Soy sauce to taste
Salt to taste
To make:
Place a wok on high heat and let it heat thoroughly. The wok should smell hot. Pour in some oil, and working quickly add the fennel and the cabbage. Stir the vegetables to coat them with oil and then leave it for about a minute to allow the veggies to gain some color.
