2. Peanut Butter Fudge
Our favorite fudge by far, this recipe is smooth and creamy – and undeniably sweet. Spoil yourself with a batch of these creamy and dreamy treats.
INGREDIENTS
½-cup organic crunchy peanut butter.
2-tablespoons organic maple syrup.
2-tablespoons coconut oil – melted.
¼-teaspoon vanilla extract.
¼-teaspoon Himalayan pink salt.
METHOD
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Line a Tupperware container with wax paper and pour in the fudge batter – a baking tin is an excellent substitute if you don’t have Tupperware the right size to handle all of the fudge.
Place the Tupperware into the freezer for 1-hour to allow the fudge to set. When hard, remove it and let it sit at room temperature for 5-minutes. Remove from the container and slice it into 2-inch squares using a razor-sharp knife.
Pack the fudge into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2-weeks.
