What is great about tacos is that they are very easy to eat and prepare at the moment. You can make the meat mix and the vegetable mix and store in the fridge for one or two days, and then all you have to do is heat them for a couple minutes and serve them. You can make your own tortillas if you want, or you can buy some at your supermarket or Mexican store and heat them on a frying pan in about a minute or so.
You can even make your own taco stuffing and freeze it, so all you have to do is take it out during the day and let it warm up to room temperature. Taco seasoning such as hot sauce can be stored in the fridge, as well as more elaborated ingredients such as guacamole and sour sauce. Within five minutes you can have your taco dinner ready!
