3. Meat Lovers Quiche
What you need:
A pie crust
6 eggs, beaten
½ cup of milk
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup of cooked breakfast sausage
½ cup ham, diced
2 green onions, chopped
A cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
To make:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan. Bake the crust until lightly browned. In a bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the ham, bacon, sausage, green onions, and the cheese over the cooked crust.
Pour the egg mixture over the top of the meat mixture. Place the quiche in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. The center should be set and a toothpick should come out clean when poked through. Allow the quiche to cool for about ten minutes before serving.
