
2. Buffalo Blue Cheese
Let us start by saying that you might want to buy blue cheese that is pre-crumbled so you don’t have to crumble it yourself. This is due to the fact that crumbling the cheese properly is one of the hardest parts of preparing this recipe. Place a full glass of sour cream in a mixing bowl — or even two glasses if you really like the sour taste that it provides — then add in some cayenne pepper sauce along with the crumbled blue cheese. One of my preferred cayenne pepper sauce brands is Frank’s but you can use whichever brand you prefer.
Be sure to mix all the ingredients well together so that they blend well and keep testing the spice of your dish to get the concentration right. These ingredients make for the perfect sauce topping of your deviled eggs due to the fact that they provide a nice mix of sweet, sour, and spicy.
