3. Tahini Swirl
As mentioned, there are different ways to make a classic brownie even more spectacular. One great addition to any brownie recipe is tahini.
When you are choosing to use tahini as an add-in for your brownies, make sure that it is very well blended. This is important if you are using black and or white tahini. If your tahini has an oil layer on top, throw it in a food processor or a blender to mix it better. After it is well-blended place a blob in the center of your brownie mixture. Then use a skewer or a knife in order to swirl it around and create a marble-like pattern. Top this brownie mixture with some white and black sesame seeds. Bake the brownies just as you normally would.
