What you need:
8 slices of a crusty Italian bread
One pound of fresh grape or cherry tomatoes halved
2 tsp olive oil
Tsp balsamic vinegar
8 ounces of mozzarella, thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped basil leaves
Salt and pepper
How to Make:
The first step is to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Use a sharp knife to slice the bread into thin slices. The slices should be about half an inch thick. Place the bread on a baking sheet. Brush the tops of each of the slices of bread with some olive oil. Bake the bread for about ten minutes.
