4. Taco Flavored Corn On The Cob
Who doesn’t love taco flavored foods? We absolutely love the spicy, cumin, flavorful punch that taco seasonings give us. Pile it high with tomatoes, shredded Mexican cheeses and a dollop of sour cream and guacamole, and we’re in taco heaven!
Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob
- Water and Butter
- Guacamole
- Taco seasoning
- Shredded cheese (Mexican blend, cheddar, or pepper jack)
- Sour cream
- Diced Tomatoes
- Minced Cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
1. Boil corn for 10 minutes in salted, buttered water, until kernels are tender. Alternatively, salt and smear butter on corn and grill over high heat until lightly charred.
2. Dust with taco seasonings.
3. Drizzle with sour cream, guacamole, and top with cheese, tomatoes, and garnish with cilantro, if using.
4. Have a shaker of salt and pepper to taste and bamboo skewers on hand.
5. Italian Herbs and Parm Corn On The Cob
Parmesan delivers a savory punch to the Italian herb seasonings. For your next Sunday dinner, try these instead of garlic bread (or both, both is good.) The seasoning blend can include sun-dried tomato if you were looking to twist it up even further.

- 1 tablespoon dried basil flakes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary flakes
- Optional powdered sundried tomato
- Optional hot pepper flakes
Directions

2. Combine the parmesan cheese, the dried basil, oregano, rosemary, hot pepper flakes if using, sundried tomato powder if using, and garlic powder together.
