8. Cream-Cheese Fudge Frosted Chocolate Cake

FROSTING INGREDIENTS
3-tablespoons raw full-cream milk.
8-oz. Organic cream cheese.
4-tablespoons grass-fed butter.
1-cup sifted the cocoa powder.
3-cups confectioners’ sugar.
1-teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1-1/2-teaspoons vanilla extract
METHOD – Fudgy Cream-Cheese Frosting
Take a medium mixing bowl and add the butter, cream cheese, and milk, beat until smooth. Add the cocoa powder, salt, and sugar, continue to beat until smooth. Reduce your mixer speed to medium and add the vanilla. Cover and chill in the fridge for 30-minutes.
Use a serrated kitchen knife to cut flat tops onto the cakes. Place one cake on a cake plate and cover the cake with a ½-inch thick layer of frosting. Place the second cake on top and cover the sides and top with frosting. Serve with fresh whipped cream.
