4. Chicken pot pie
can be made using a pie crust. You can make your own pie crust or it can be purchased at the grocery store. Wash off the chicken and cut it up in small pieces. If the chicken has any fat, cut it off and set it to the side. In a pot of water, put the chicken, salt, and pepper and let it boil until tender.
There should be no pink inside of the chicken. You may have to add additional water to the pot because the water will drain out of the pan often. Once the chicken is done, drain and pour the chicken into a separate bowl.
Open up a can of mixed vegetables and pour on top of the chicken and mix it thoroughly. Pour the chicken mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly. Put another layer of pie crust on top of the chicken mixture and put it in the oven until the crust is golden brown.
