Ingredients
- Mayonnaise
- Milk
- Eggs
- Shredded jack cheese
- Fresh spinach
- Kosher salt
- White pepper
- Pie shell
Directions
- Turn the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add all the ingredients other than the pie shell to a bowl.
- Whisk the ingredients together.
- Add them to the pie crust.
- Place some foil on top of the pie and bake it for 45 minutes,
- Remove the foil and bake for five more minutes.
- Serve warm
