3. Lobster Salad

And it’s still one of the easiest ingredients to make – and with salad, you usually don’t have to worry about getting things right or wrong, and you don’t have to worry about proportions: Take what you like, add it together, and that’s a salad.
Of course, experiment with things like salad dressing as much as you want. Sometimes the most simple balsamic vinegar and sugar dressing works best – especially when reducing calories. Remember that this is basically a low-calorie meal, to begin with, but the dressing can up it.
