13. Bite-sized spinach dip tidbits
This recipe turns spinach dip into bite-sized tidbits that your guests will gladly gobble up. The ingredients include thawed, chopped frozen spinach, jarred artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and prepared crescent dough. To make it, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Combine spinach, garlic, artichoke hearts, and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Blend in mozzarella cheese and cream cheese.
Season with some salt and pepper. Spread the dough onto a cutting board and use a rolling pin to stretch it slightly. Cut the dough into small squares. Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough in each cup and push down in the center. Scoop the spinach and artichoke mixture into the center of each crescent and push in. Bake until the cups are golden brown.
