4. Spicy Sweet and Sour Wings
What you need:
- 2 pounds of chicken wings
- ¾ cup of sweet and sour sauce
- 3 tbsp of sriracha
- 2 sliced green onions
To make:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a wire rack in a 15 by 10 by 1 inch pan. Cut the wings at the joints to create three pieces. In a bowl mix the sriracha and the sweet and sour sauce. Remove a fourth of a cup of the sauce to a small bowl. Add the chicken wings to the rest of the sauce and toss to coat. Place the chicken wings on the prepared rack. Bake for 30 minutes, turning half way through. Toss the wings with the rest of the sauce. Sprinkle with the onions. If you do not want to cut the wings, find some that are already cut or use drumettes or boneless chicken wings instead.
