4. Roll the cheese ball into a long loaf instead of just rolling the cheese ball mixture into small cheese balls at one time.
After everything is mixed together to make the cheese ball loaf, try rolling it out like a loaf of bread. A person can use a rolling pin to start off with. Make sure a little bit of flour is put onto the area where the cheese ball will be rolled, so it won’t stick and be hard to pick up.
Once it’s made into a roll, the cheese ball roll can be placed into the refrigerator for a few hours to harden it. Make sure to cover it with aluminum foil to keep it fresh. Once it gets hard, slice it with a warm knife. It can be left like that or instead of slicing it with a knife, let it set out at room temperature for an hour or so and then shape into balls.
