4. Pull Out the Peel and Membranes
Remember though, it’s the seeds that have the juice inside them and that give the pomegranate juice its taste. This is why pomegranate can really add to a whole host of cooked meals too – going particularly well in salmon salads and the like.
So, in this case, we’re just going to pull out the peel and membranes and then discard them. As you do, make sure to remove all remaining seeds so that you aren’t accidentally getting rid of any of those as well when you don’t really want to be!
