5. Tomato and Veg Pulled Pork
Tomato and veg pulled pork is simply a pulled pork with a little added flavor and a little added nutrition! As the name suggests, you’re going to be making the precise same pulled pork before, only now you’re also going to be adding some tomato and some other healthy extras.
Place your pork shoulder into the pot ready for the slow cooker. Then pour on half a can of chopped tomatoes. On top of that, add some dill and oregano, one chopped onion, and some crushed garlic. Add in a little Worcestershire sauce to finish.
