3. Chicken Caesar Salad
If you are getting a little anxious about the fact that we haven’t used any lettuce yet, then here is the old classic: the Caesar salad. One of the best-known salads around, it’s still a very satisfying, filling and protein-rich salad thanks to the inclusion of the chicken.
You’re going to use the classic salad ingredients here: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper, and then you’re going to add some chicken. This can be large pieces of chicken that are laid out on top, or it can be smaller bits of chicken that are mixed in. Pour on top a little Caesar dressing (of course!) and then add some croutons and flakes of cheddar if you want it to taste even more indulgent. It’s healthy but it’s delicious!
