Make a similar basic side salad with your cucumber, your tomatoes, and your lettuce. Now just add on top some chicken, a little bit of white wine vinegar to act as your dressing (maybe some lemon juice), and then slice on some avocado as well. This is much richer, creamier and more filling and the two ingredients complement each other perfectly.
You probably won’t want the croutons now, but adding in some flakes of cheese is highly advisable for a deliciously rich, creamy, and actually rather healthy salad!
