5. Chicken and Pistachio Salad
The great thing about salad is that the sky is the limit, you can keep on adding ingredients and keep on making it tastier and more filling. We’re going to be adding two more things to the salad that we just looked at this time pistachio and green pepper.
Pistachio nuts are the perfect complement to this salad. They are straightforward and they don’t overwhelm, but every now and then you’ll get a forkful with one on and you’ll find they have a really great bite that is very rewarding and delicious. We highly recommend adding nuts to salads in general and experiment with it because this is a great way to make them more interesting and provide lots more health benefits like zinc, magnesium, and more protein!
For the dressing, we recommend keeping it simple with some olive oil and some vinegar.
