4. Grilled Buffalo Wings
If you love to go grill, you will enjoy this recipe. You can grill them indoors or outdoors, and they always come out perfect. The crispy texture on the outside works great with the soft tenderness on the inside.
- Medium hot sauce
- Buttermilk
- Garlic powder
- Chicken wings
- Vegetable oil
- Unsalted butter
- Blue cheese dressing
- Celery sticks
Instructions
- Add the hot sauce, buttermilk and garlic powder to a plastic bag. Toss the wings in the bag and remove the air. Allow them to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- Turn on your grill and heat it to 375 degrees. Once it’s hot, wipe some vegetable oil on it.
- Remove the wings from the bag of marinade and place them on the grill. Allow them to cook for 25 minutes or until slightly charred.
- In a bowl, mix the hot sauce and melted butter.
- Add the wings to the bowl of sauce and make sure they are completely covered.
- Place the wings on a serving sheet and serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
