5 Super Fast Pad Thai
You thought that first pad thai was a fast and easy recipe? Then you’re going to be blown away at just how quickly you can make this one!
To prepare, you will take 3-4 ounces of dry pad thai noodles, boil them in water, then meanwhile cook 6-9 ounces of tofu, chicken breast, and peeled prawns to taste.
You’re then going to use salt, two tablespoons of peanut oil, one large fat shallot, chopped garlic cloves, chopped ginger, two eggs, three tbsp. of fish sauce, 3 tbsp of sugar, and 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar. Add some soy sauce and chili flakes to taste.
Again, the method involves cooking the noodles in water for just a couple of minutes, then meanwhile cooking the chicken, the shrimp, the tofu, and the seasoning all together in some oil. Cook the shallot, garlic, and ginger separately, then add together at the end.
