3. Baked Smoked Paprika Chicken Wings
This dish is an excellent choice for an appetizer or main course. Paprika gives the chicken a sweet and smoky taste.
For 3 pounds of chicken wings, you will need about 3-4 garlic cloves (minced) or 3 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons of ground black pepper, 1 ½ teaspoons of onion powder, 3 teaspoons of brown sugar, 3 teaspoons of smoked paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and chili powder to taste.
Mix the smoked paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper, brown sugar, olive oil, salt, and chili powder in a large bowl. Make sure the chicken wings are dry before you put them into the paprika mixture. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. When the oven reaches the required temperature, place the chicken in on 2 layers of baking sheets and bake for about 15 minutes each side. Serve hot.
